This print of Benham Park was engraved by John Walker and John Grieg. The engraving was based on a drawing originally produced by John Colley Nixon, an artist and student of Joseph Mallord William Turner.  The engraving was made for John Walker’s book The Itinerant. Published in 1801, The Itinerant is a collection of engravings showing interesting or picturesque views from around Britain.
