Chair handmade by Alec McCurdy in 1963. The chair was formed out of walnut wood from the tree that grew in his garden at home in Cold Ash. The chair has a green upholstered seat made by weaver Barbara Mullins, who hand-dyed the yarn and wove the fabric.
